How It Works:

•  Book Your Day: Once you complete your purchase you’ll secure your date with me! I’ll send over a mandatory intake form so I can better understand your priorities and identify the focus for our day together.

• Your VIP Day: The day before your VIP Day, we’ll have a 60-minute session to discuss specific action items, priorities, and talk strategy so I can get straight to work on your VIP Day.

• The Wrap-Up: At the end of your VIP day, we'll meet for a quick 30-minute session. I will walk through everything I worked on so you know how to find and use everything! 

My Expectations:

• Resource Provision: Client shall provide all necessary assets, credentials, and materials required for service execution no later than 24 hours prior to the VIP Day. This includes but is not limited to: digital assets, access credentials, documentation, and any other materials reasonably required to complete the agreed-upon tasks. Time Loss Provision: Any delay in service execution resulting from inadequate or delayed provision of necessary resources shall constitute forfeited service time and will not be credited, refunded, or rescheduled under any circumstances.

• Communication Requirements: Client must maintain reasonable availability throughout the VIP Day for necessary approvals and clarifications. Response times exceeding 30 minutes may impede service delivery. Communication Delay Provision: Any service interruptions resulting from delayed client communications shall constitute irrevocably forfeited service time. No compensation, extension, or rescheduling shall be provided for time lost due to client communication delays.
